Hi All,
It has bee a while since my last cruise so I have lost of questions again. First I was reading about wine tasting on board but it says only certain cruises, is there anyway to know if my sailing is one of those before January of '04? Second I am a Castaway club member but my best fried who is traveling with me is technically not. (She was with me on the first one but my dad, being the chaperone, got the membership.) Will she get her own membership and is there anyway we could get 2 towels because technically she will have been on disney twice too. Last my parents are going on a cruise with Norwegian and had to fill out a special form fro cruising even though they are us citizens, have the rules for Disney changed any too? Thaks,
Minnesota

I think that they only give one Castaway Club gift per stateroom. My wife and I have both been on multiple cruises, but we only get one gift in our stateroom. Actually, I think since I made the first reservation, the club "membership" is in my name.

I'm not sure about wine tasting. Is it only on the 7-day? I've only done it once, but I thought that it was offered on all of the cruises I've been on (all were 7-day).

Concerning cruise paperwork, it could vary depending on the ports of call, so it might be different for an NCL cruise than for Disney. I'm not sure what kind of form they had to fill out, though. It's actually been the better part of a year since I've been on Disney, but we've sailed a few times post 9/11 and as I recall, the paperwork was the same as before. The only differences I can think of, security-wise, were that you now need a photo ID and your room card to get on the ship in port, even at Castaway Cay. Prior to 9/11, you just walked on and off the ship at CC. Also, they no longer accept expired passports as proof of citizenship. There was a brief period when you could not check your luggage for the airport at Port Canaveral, but that is no longer the case.

Hope this helps.

Even if she is not an "official" member and does not get the gift, remember that she can still accompany you to the Castaway Club party, as members are allowed to bring guests. We have done that a couple of times in the past with people we have met on board.
