Does anyone know how to contact higher ups of General motors. I am getting the run around.

Go to their web site and look for "corporate" or "investor relations" as a starting point. There should be a list of senior officers with their responsibilities.

There may be direct phone numbers or a phone number for the corporate main switchboard. Once you get to the MS, ask for the person by name. You may not get the person directly, but will gt one of the special staff assigned to their office who act for them. This is outside of the normal Customer Relations Staff.
