OK, DH has decided no Disney again till after out little one is a bit taller. (I hope she gorws fast! LOL)
But I was thinking maybe a Florida trip to Orlando and hitting some othr attractions and just lazing around.
What are the prices of Universal Studios Addmission? Is it better to buy it ahead, or buy at the park?
And if anyone knows, ...what is Sea worlds prices as well?
Also looking for decent priced Hotel in the area. Not too expensive, but not a hole in the wall either. Is sites like travelocity good to look at for this?
I have stayed on International drive about 10 years ago, and liked it. Is it still a good area?
How about height restrictions at the studios? She is around 36 or 37 inches I beleive now. Maybe a bit more, it's been awhile since I measured her. Can she get on most stuff.
Ansy other things to do or see in the area that you would sugggest?
Any other helpful info would be great as well.

Check out this link to start with. It should answer most of your questions about Universal.

www.universalorlando.com

If you have more questions after checking out the site, come back and ask. We will be glad to help! :teeth:

Well thanks, but it really didn't help me. I have dial up and have tried getting the page to laod several times, but for the most part it won't and when I do, it freezes up on me.
And I still have these questions then

What are the prices of Universal Studios Addmission? Is it better to buy it ahead, or buy at the park? The only link I coule get loaded did have a special, but I couldn't find a one day price or a two day price.
And if anyone knows, ...what is Sea worlds prices as well? I couldn't get any info on the seaworld site. It wouldn't load at all for me.
Also looking for decent priced Hotel in the area. Not too expensive, but not a hole in the wall either. Is sites like travelocity good to look at for this? I see they ahve some rooms for 40-60 dollars. I am not looking for luxury. Do you think thes will be OK?

Price of the 7 day pass is just slightly more expensive than the price of a one day pass.

One day online-- $67 at the gate -- $71
Two day is the 7 day pass at $85.99 but is not offered at the gate. You need to purchase it online.

There are tons of offsite hotels. Check out the Orlando Hotels section of the Disboards as the Universal boards tend to deal with the Loews onsite hotels.

Sea World one day tickets are $58

Here are the height requirements:

Just wanted to let you know my sister bought the 2 park 7 day ticket at AAA this summer for the same price as stated above. I bought mine on-line.

The only thing with AAA is that not all of the offices or online has them cause in my area all they offer is the 1 day 1 park and online all they offer is a 2 park unlimited for 7 days but when you read it says only good for 3 days of addmission.:confused3

You just can't purchase them at the gate. That is the main thing. Make sure you've got them before you go or you will end up paying more.

I bought 7 day, two park admission from AAA Southern New England for $85 per ticket (includes the sales tax) and $5 s/h for all tickets, i.e. total $345. I ordered online and got the tickets mailed to me. So it was a better deal than the Universal website online deal, which would have cost a total of $370.56. I bought the tickets a few months ago, but I just checked the AASNE website and they still have the same deal.

I'm not sure you can order online from them if your zip code is not within their service area, but you might want to check it out if you are an AAA member.
