General Escape questions

I would also agree that if you had to pick between the carriage/event...I'd say the event. Not only does everyone get to enjoy it (as WDW pointed out)--but it lasts a HECK of a lot longer than the carriage ride, and there will be food. :) From what I've read about the carriage ride...it's extremely short. You'd be paying over $2,000 for maybe a five minute ride. The coolest thing you'll get out of it is the experience for yourself, and your pictures. I think when weighed against having an hour and a half experience with fireworks, desserts, and ALL of your guests...cost/benefit would have me pick the dessert party.

That's ME though. The experiences you choose for your day really depend on what's going to make it most meaningful and memorable for you. If you've dreamed of the horse-drawn pumpkin coach your whole life and you'll regret it if you don't do it--then DO IT! :)

The book ALSO says (but this is something I think has changed) that only Disney photographers and videographers can attend the dessert parties.

Hi Tiffiny! I mentioned this in another of your threads, but you seem to have an outdated copy of my book. The latest version (January 2014) includes the info that outside photographers are now allowed to shoot events inside the parks. :thumbsup2

Yup, Carrie--stuff that was posted before the clarification came out. Trust me--I feel sheepish enough already. :worried:
