General Codes for February?

My DM told one of her friends that I'm a Disney expert so she wants me to tell her son and his girlfriend how to get the best deal. They're planning on going around February 17th. I'm used to finding FL resident codes, but I don't have a clue about any other codes.

The only deal I know of (which we are using) was the WP and more and hopper pass upgrade when you get the package. If had to be booked by mid-Dec.

From what I understand, all resorts are really getting booked up, so if they don't already have reservations, they should get them asap. Then the can look for a code (though I doubt there is one) and apply it later.
