Gelatin?

Are there any foods to watch out for a Disney that have gelatin? I know zebra domes have them but what about the the filling in the school bread, or the yogurt parfaits, or the strawberry sauce on the jumbo mickey waffles? Or anything else. Thanks!

If it is a special dietary need, like allergy, vegan, etc; then you can call Disney to ask about it. I'm not sure if it is the regular dining number or not, but I believe that for table service restaurants you can have a special meal made with at least 48 hours notice. I may be wrong though.

I would definitely call Disney to ask though, gelatin is one of those ingredients that can be used in almost anything.

Head over to the DisAbilities Board and see if you can find Brenda Bennett's e-mail address.

She will let you know what items have gelatin in it.

If it's for an allergy or dietary need make sure when you book your ADR's you mention it. Confirm when you arrive at the restaurant.

The chef's were excellent in making sure my niece did not get any dairy.
