Why does the GEICO gecko suddenly have a cockney accent in the new ads? Is this a substitute gecko?

I don't know but I love him! So does Spider (my dog). He leaps off the sofa and smacks the t.v. trying to get that cute little creature. I've always wondered what he'd do if he caught it!

I actually think the new gecko voice is "Bob" from Related!! I LOVE his voice.

This is actually the third Geico gecko to play the part. The first two were eaten by some crazy dog who thinks he a spider (or something like that.)
