Snap

Just my opinion, handbag closes on top, beach tote doesn't.

Snap, if your BIL didn't bring it, then he had no business going in it, unless he asked your permission first. JMHO. As you said, he had his own camera, so there was no need to go in your bag.

Edited to add: next time, fill the top of your bag with feminine products. That'll teach him!

Thank you, I thought I was losing my mind.

Women were having me explain why I carried a "purse" to the beach. That is so not the point!

snap, I've been married for a few decades now and even my husband would never dream of going into my bag, whether it be classified as a tote or a handbag. No way. My sons always knew too that this was a huge no-no as I taught them to consider a woman's bag to be an extension of her.

Judi, thanks for the hunk. I wouldn't mind putting him in my beach tote.

PK, are the storms off Florida making you nervous for your upcoming trip in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS?!?!

Pakey, I've been watching the noaa website for about a week or so. :guilty: Looks like Bill might actually cause more damage to me in Jersey than to Florida. I'm just hoping and praying that nothing else stirs up before or during my trip. My mom and DD are afraid of flying. I don't like it much either, but I'm okay as long as it's smooth. I'm just really hoping for clear, smooth flying on our flying days. I'll deal with a storm if it hits while I'm in Florida but I'd rather not. ;) We're having Garden Grocer deliver water and snacks anyway, so if something should happen, we'll have some supplies. We did the same last year, just because we thought it was more cost effective than to buy water and snacks in the parks.

Here's hoping for smooth flying and beautiful, sunny, cool temps. :rotfl:

Have a great trip - I hope you have smooth weather :yay::yay:

I don't really have anything to say, but I found this on page 5 and thought it might need a little bump

Don't forget me if you guys get to 250 before I return from vacation.

Anyone else want postcards sent from WDW to family members? You still have time to get in before my departure date of 8/30. I'd be happy to do it.

Kerrie, I'm going to try to get Mickey's signature on your postcard, and I probably won't be seeing Mickey until toward the end of my vacation, so you might get it after I return. If I can't get Mickey to sign it, I'll do my best to replicate it.

I'm going next month! maybe I can send some pirate mail!

Do you mail it from the hotel, or is there a post box at the magic kindgom or the parks?

Oh sure, GP ask me a question that I don't know the answer to! :rotfl: I got the idea from the Fairy Godmailer thread on the CB. I guess I'll have to hop other there and ask. I tried to buy Disney stamps from my local post office too, but was told they don't carry them anymore. They only come in 42 cent stamps, so they don't carry them anymore. 42 cents would be more than I'd need for a postcard, but I thought it would be a nice touch. I'll have to try the post office in NYC. Soon as I find out an answer to your mailing question, I'll let you know.

There is a post office box in MK, right over by City Hall.

Don't know about the other parks.

Also don't know whether any PO boxes accept Pirate Mail.

Pirate mail sounds like a great idea! If you care to send some to Texas, I know a certain DD who would love to hear from a pirate. ;)

DH was talking about living in a houseboat. I don't know why. :confused3 But, anywho, DS doesn't want to live in a houseboat because its easier to sink. :rotfl2: Yes, son, its easier to sink in a boat than on land.

WOOOOO HOOOOOOO  :dance3: :cheer2: :woohoo: :yay: :cool1:
