Gee Whiz - I wish I had the time...

I just let my dogs out (sorry, I had to do a little "life" thing) and I looked up at the floodlight and there was stuff falling. It looked like really faint rain, but I couldn't feel anything..it is really cold out. Anyway, I looked a little longer, and by golly the stuff is fluttering!! IT'S SNOWING IN SAVANNAH!! I wonder if they will cancel school? This stuff is not going to stick and really won't even make it to the ground. It's so funny how southerners handle the slightest hint of snow, it really sends them into a tailspin. Like it's nuclear fallout that will last for days-there isn't a loaf of bread or gallon of milk in the stores the night before a predicted snowfall. THE SKY IS FALLING!!


Y'all, it's been fun but I have to go back to my other life. I guess even though the OP ticked us all off, we have to hand it to her...she brought us all together for a few laughs. Maybe a new clique, too! See y'all tomorrow, I'll be looking for this thread!!

We have no school here today for a rainy day. They were predicting snow and ice -but it didn't happen. The schools jumped the gun and cancelled last night.

Today I have a mini life, due to commitments at the school. So I will be AWOL all morning, I hope y'all will let me come back...I promise I won't talk to friends or do anything more productive than put books on the shelves in the library.
