Took this picture today (12/3/08) from my room at Paradise Pier. Are all the floors built now?

don't know - thought they put up the flag when they quit going up?

I noticed today that it looks like they are building the roof frame in the one section. The crane is lifting similiar steel sections to the other part, so I think this is it. I don't see a flag or tree as a "top off" but they may not do that because it's reinforced concrete structure rather than steel beem. I'll try to snap another picture before I leave on Saturday morning.
