Friends are going for first time, starting week long trip on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. They want to stay at GCH only. They want club level. And they would prefer all three kids sleep in a different bed. Suites might work but two would be in pullout and one on floor/rollaway? Not ideal and DLR won't guarantee club level on a suite until check-in. They are looking at a premium CL room, but were told queen+bunk beds+trundle is request only, and that there might only be beds for 4?? Do parties of 5 get any priority for these rooms with 5 beds? Any other rooms that for sure sleep 5, other than 2 bedroom suites and up? If this type of room is unavailable on check in, could they be moved on day 2 or something? Right now, they are not considering DLH or PPH, even though I understand rooms with 2 queens and pull down twin are more common there. Thanks all!

Not sure exactly what you're asking but for what it's worth... Many GCH standard, non suite rooms are configured with just 2 queens, when a party of 5 gets a room like that they receive a sleeping bag for the 5th person. They say parties of 5 are given preference for the few 2 queen + day bed rooms GCH has but they are not guaranteed, someone could still end up in a sleeping bag on the floor. But those rooms don't sound like they'd fit your friend's bill of 3 kids in separate beds. Are they little kids? I ask because the bunk beds are "kids size" so if they aren't all small that might not even be a realistic option. If they're older kids and CL is important maybe they should just book 2 CL rooms? That would for sure guarantee 4 beds and CL access. They could request connecting rooms. Good luck in figuring this one out!

(Btw you are correct that 2 queens and a day bed are MUCH more common at DLH than GCH. But that still only leaves them with 3 beds.)

Thank you! You got my question exactly. The kids are little (9, 7, 4), so the bunks should fit, it's just a risk reserving only one room.
