GCH Reservation thru Costco Question

We have our GCH reservations through Costco, and would like to confirm them before our departure. We'd also like to add a request to have a room near the elevators. Who do I call to do that? Disney wouldn't even look to find my reservation when I called them

You ask your travel agent at Costco to do it.

Assuming you are able to add the request, you might want to specify which elevators
My recommendation would be near Napa Rose, which is closest to the DCA entrance
There are also elevators next to the main lobby.
The elevators in the DVC wing are most distant, but provide good access to the pools.
