GC question about nearby construction, cleaning

Hello! We are headed back for our second stay at GC. It has been 4 years. We have less than 3 weeks to go now.

I had a question for all you experts. We are booked club level, King requested, 6th floor not 5th requested and premium view. But I read there is construction nearby causing lots of noise (condor flats conversion?). Should I ask for a view NOT near this...is it noisy...does it degrade the premium view I am paying extra for? Maybe I should put in my request to downgrade to any other view if the only premium view is of/over this construction?

I also had a question about cleaning. My son is especially sensitive to dust and mold. Lots of allergies. Is it possible to request a deep cleaning/detox cleaning of the room before we arrive of the room we are supposed to get? Even if there were a cost associated with this I think it might be worth it if it is available. Anyone have any knowledge on this too?

I believe the premium views include pool views. I would ask for a pool view, that way you will not be near the construction at conder flats.

As for deep cleaning, you can ask and there should not be an extra charge, I just am not sure if they actually do it. I believed it led dpends o at your allergies are really like, to me, if they extra vacuumed that would make the dust fly up more and cause more problems. If they were to shampoos the rugs, the chemicals would be worse to breath in. But you can call and ask them and they should be able to comply.

No 6th floor rooms face Condor Flats (except the El Capitan suite), so all 6th floor premium views will be pool view.

The 6th floor rooms above Storytellers have convenient lounge access, but a king room might not be available (or exist). Prioritize your requests when checking in, since a 6th floor king might be quite far from the lounge.
