Had a chance to visit the Grand Californian DVC units near DLH in California (a facility shared by Disneyland's Wedding Planners).
It seems these units will first be offered to those who bought at least 100 points through the Disneyland channel (as opposed to other DVC sales locations locations like Florida or Chicago). Then at some time in the future (60 days?), anyone can buy the rest (if any).
The interesting twist on the 1 & 2 bdrm - there is a one person murphy bed that folds down from under the TV in the living room.
Hope there are some add on points left for curring non-DL members!
No word on sale date, but it must not be too far away. (so 9/18 could be true)
