GC Concierge tipping question

Hello all,

Jeanne & I are taking our first ever trip to DL after over 25 trips to WDW. We're also doing our first stay ever at the concierge level, staying at the Grand Californian. Since we've never done concierge before, I was looking for any advice on tipping etiquette at the concierge level. Also, any other info regarding concierge leevl would be appreciated.
