Gay days?

What exactly is Gay days?

can anyone inform me on what people really do on those days?

I believe they do public fornication and try to recruit young people into their lifestyle.....

Geez. We happened to be there unknowingly and it was wonderful - albeit very crowded. Everything we saw was appropriate and even though I am straight, I was proud to participate in a weekend that allowed all kinds of families to have a great time.

Lol. I'm glad someone said it. That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw that question...

The reaction to gay days on here is a bit interesting to me. Gay individuals are no different than you and I, they just prefer the companionship of a same sex individual. Granted, I suppose I'm used to seeing and understanding this lifestyle, as I lived in San Francisco for a number of years, but it's a bit appalling to me to think that there are individuals out there that look to gay/lesbian individuals as someone from an entirely different dimension.

Sorry, rant over.

We honeymooned in Disneyland and discovered that Gay Days was going on and it was really sweet. The crowds weren't huge but there was a disproportionately large number of happy couples all over the park and it was just a really great vibe to be surrounded by as newlyweds.

My friend and her family went during Gay Days this year. They didn't know until I told her (right before they left.) They didn't care. Her mil's best friend is gay, so it wasn't a big deal to them. She said it was crowded, but not too ridiculous.

She also said she saw shirts with funny sayings on them. There was one with an arrow that said, "I think He's gay" and a few others. She saw some transsexuals, but didn't see any inappropriate behavior.
