Although I have never been there during Gay days, I have a mom who is gay. She and her life partner have held hands and kissed each other hello and goodbye in front of both my sons. They just see my mom as Grammy and her life partner as Nana. They don't think anything or know anything is different. They just see a loving couple. Both my mom and Fran (My mom's partner) love my boys more than anything and think they are the kings! We are all going to WDW this Dec.
As I agree with others, I wouldn't want my DS to be exposed to any lude or over the top behavior from anyone. I would imagine that WDW would be on top of that. BTW I went to school with many over-the-top people (I went to an art school not a cliche just more likely to be open minded) and most know when its fine and when it's inappropriate. I think during gay days you will see mostly families unless you plan on heading out to parties at night.
Unless it is a moral issue, I wouldn't worry. Please, I'm going during POP Warner and my friend who went last year said the moms of some of the cheerleaders were more ridiculous than anything she's ever seen. Some are desperately trying relive their "glory days" vicariously through their daughters. One particular woman was so bad, she had the nerve to show up to the pool in a thong! A CM asked her to cover it up and she made a huge fuss and said that she was about to go topless. Again a few bad apples, I'm sure most are completely fine.
