Gators!!!

There is a lot of water around Ft Wilderness. And there was a picture of a baby gator in the Animals thread!!

Does Disney do anything to try and make sure there are not alligators roaming around the campground?? :scared1: Snakes, mice, deer, turkey's, Squirrels and chimpmuncks, even Skunks and Racoons I can handle. Gators'? NO WAY!!

Don't worry about the gators. When the coyotes come out to roam at night the gators get afraid and run off.

Don't worry Pete's video is of the everglades and not the fort.

Are you sure? I'd swear I saw Space Mountain in the background.

Small children and gators just don't mix well.

Are you kidding? Small children, and dogs, make great gator bait.

Here's one I saw last August. I was hoping to get a better shot but my flashlight was terrible. I was watching the fireworks from the secret location and had to wait for the fireworks to light the water. That bright spot near the center of the picture is his/her eye. He/she was moving right to left and never got closer than maybe 30 feet.

That was Chris's picture of you in the gorilla suit, you were just too drunk to remember and too busy trying to call a certain absent DIS member:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I agree, leave them alone and there will be no problem. Disney does a good job of moving them if they get too agressive.

Okay....then are there crocs (and I don't mean shoes) in the Florida ocean waters?..
PLEASE tell they're aren't. :guilty:

We have them down here on Sanibel Island. But, they're very few & far between. Many more gators than crocs. :)
