Gatorland transportation

A group of 5 are wanting to get to Gatorland from the I-Drive area (Universal end). Does anyone have any tips of the best way to get there and back by bus/coach or is a taxi the only alternative. Any idea of costs would be helpful too - cheers

A group of 6 of us (2 adults / 4 children) would like to visit Gatorland as well in Sept, and we will be staying at Disney's All Star Sports with no transportation. Would like some suggestions for an inexpensive way to get there.

Mears Transportation runs a shuttle to Gatorland (according to their website). It shows the rate as $15 per person round-trip from the Disney Resort.
