Is this restaurant only for snacks or can you use a counter service credit getting pork shank,cinnamon roll, and le fou's brew? Thanks for any info.

I'm not sure (I haven't asked), but I did find this thread from March:

It would seem to imply that you can use a CS credit, but what is included varies (some folks reported getting a dessert, others did not).

We've had CS here a few times, always just a pork shank and a brew. If we wanted a pastry it was an additional snack credit for it. Since you get a dessert everywhere else, we didn't miss not having one here.
