Gas station near port canaveral

Anyone know the best place to fill up rental car before returning near port canaveral....I know in the disney area itself some are pricier than others, wondering if the cruise port area was the same??

If you turn right when you get off the ramp in PC, there is a Raceway on the right. Since we always rent from Budget, that is the same direction that the Budget locaion is in. If you are dropping off luggage and your faimily at the ship, you will still need to pass it on the way to your car return.

yep that RACETRAC is your best bet ... it is just past the Hertz and b4 all the other rental places.

(I checked Google Earth .. that says it is a Racetrac . . . either way .. big red signs .. can't miss it)

Yup Racetrac, we always fill up there too. Close to all the rentals so you can bring the car back and use the shuttle to get to the port.

Anyone have experience with enterprise? I had planned on bringing the rental back by the port and possibly getting a ride from the office to the port but they tell me they do not offer that service? Only from port to the rental office.

We use Budget because we can always find a discount somewhere either through work or online. Last year we used costco and prepaid, worked out great. I've done both drop the family off and return the car and come back on the shuttle and brought the car back and have the whole family on the shuttle.
Did I read your post right that Enterprise will take you from the port to the office but not the office to the port? Seems rather odd they would drive the bus empty one of the ways. I'd question the person you spoke with, maybe call the Enterprise near the port and ask them directly

If you have the GasBuddy app on your phone it will bring up prices for the area so you can find the lowest 1. I love it.
