To chime in on the whether to drive on vacation or not debate?
We had a trip planned for driving 1000 miles one way to Az. I was worried about it, but my husband laughed and brought me back to reality. He said we usually spend thousands every year at disney including flights, so 200 or 400 for gas won't be too bad. We aren't going back to disney, so we will save a lot for other stuff. LOL. I never looked at it that way, so we are going
We also looked at the fact we are older and don't know how long we will want to travel by car. Can't wait to get on the road!

That could be my daughter. She complains about the price of gas and she drinks a lot of Starbucks.

But she works there and gets her drink free.

Oil prices are coming back down. But gas stations are slow to adjust down versus up.
