Does anybody have the telephone number of Brian at Gardengrocer that is not the free phone US number as I am calling from the UK.

You might find it more efficient, and certainly less costly, to contact them via their website.

You might also seek an alternative, because Garden Grocer has experienced some pretty serious customer service difficulties...which you will find discussed on several of the DVC boards if you use the search feature. Hopefully they've adjusted their attitudes, because their initial reaction to their difficulties left a lot to be desired.

I was not aware of their customer service difficulties... :sad2: Is this recent? We used their services in March and in October and couldn't have been more satisfied... I knew that they were expanding their delivery area and that they had a new website...I hope that it was just growing pains...We really were very happy with their service... :confused3
 
We also used them in March & August without any problems. I know there were some issues I read about back in the late summer. Right now, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, based on my experience.


Has anyone used them recently? I'm curious if it was a good experience or a bad experience?

If you click on the thread link at the top right and explore that entire thread, you will find a number of consistent issues.

Hopefully they have overcome their problems now, and there have been some recent positive comments about them.
 
We used gardengrocer the first week in November this year.

We had absolutely no problems. Bryan was pleasant on the phone, accomodated requests for items not on the site, and followed up with us as we asked for our non-perishable order to be left at BCV desk the night before we arrived.

I had a great experience with them, and will use them again.
 
Thanks for the info. I contacted wegoshop and had a conversation with a lovely lady called Marge, who could not do enough for me.

I'm all sorted for my upcoming Christmas trip now. :cool1:
 
I just used them on Nov 16 and had fantastic service. I asked for delivery between 3-5 and Adam was there at 4:30. He called our Cell phone and told us he left our order with Bell service since our plane was late.When we arrived at 5:00pm bell service brought it right to our room. Everything I ordered was there! I was very happy with them!!
 
We used Garden Grocer in August without a problem. We're using them again Next month.
