Garden Rocks concert/inclement weather

I assume that if just rain, the concerts go on, and are delayed if thunderstorm. Is it similar to fireworks where they hope the show can go on and wait and see? Ever any official announcement on MDE or anywhere? Any idea of where to hang out while waiting out a storm- assuming somewhere near American pavilion or Japan store….

They will delay or cancel if there is lightning in the area or a heavy windstorm. I remember they shut one down in the middle once. They will evacuate the theater completely since it's outdoors. No announcement on MDE. America pavilion lobby is always open. If they had to evacuate the theater it will get very full.
