Just made an online order (first ever) to be delivered to our hotel. Are they pretty accurate with delivery times? I did between 7pm-9pm

Yes they are, but no worries, if you food arrives before you do, Bell Services will hold and refidgerate as required until you arrive. They will not deliver to room, stop by or call.

Gardengrocers is amazing. We have used them x3 and loved their service. They seem to always arrive before we do, bell services will hold your items and refrigerate anything that needs to be.

Thanks. I was going to bring a couple boxes of cereal for the room but I just ordered from them and was able to add beer on this morning for dh.

I have used them several times and they have always shown up in the time window they gave us. One time our flight was delayed and the concierge service had our beer in a frig for us!
We always use them!

I ordered Thursday night and we go in two weeks. They called Friday night to confirm the order and said it is all set.
I noticed on the main page it gives you dates and if there are delivery slots available or not
