We put our order in and now I'm wondering where they deliver. Does it go to the front desk or do they come to your room?

I scheduled delivery for a time I knew we wouldn't be in the room and they left our stuff with the bell services. When we got back to our room we just called down and had them deliver our food. The cold stuff was kept cold.

I think it depends on where you stay. When we stayed at OKW, the GG person brought the stuff right to our room since it was easy to park right outside our door. When we stayed at AKV, they delivered it to bell services, even though we were in our room at the time of delivery.

I think they will bring it to your room if you're there. Marge at WeGoShop brought our order to our room (at the Boardwalk). We had GG deliver once and they left it with Bell Services since we weren't at the resort when they brought it. They do have refrigerators so they can keep things cold for guests when needed.

Our groceries were left with bell service.

Our delivery man called my cell phone and asked if if Id rather have it taken to bell services or delivered to the room. I explained we were just walking back to our hotel so he said "Sounds great, Ill meet you there" He was waiting for us at the door! We were staying at All Star Sports, back in the tennis building.
