my sister is just putting an order through the above via the internet.

It says re gratuity (optional).

What do you do? Do you pay for the gratuity now? If so how much?

It says optional for the shopper, order preparer and driver.

Unless your sister is 100% sure she will be in the room when it is delivered, I would pre-pay the gratuity.

we tipped 10% i believe, i actually sked the woman, she said most brits asked, she wasnt embarrased but i was:rotfl2:

on line, then rang when we arrived at resort for delivery, they took about an hour from call to delivery

So can I order for my stay at SSR as staying at RPR first and wont need anything I dont think apart from milk which I hope they sell in the hotel shop.:confused3 What sort of things do they deliver? wanted some fruit ,milk ,bread muffins, eggs etc oh and bottles water and sprite.:confused3

they will deliver anything, we had two radios delivered last time!
we went on a safeway site (think it NY) had a look what we could buy then cut and pasted into an email, they now have a proper website so you can see the most popular stuff, if you need anything above the norm, you can email them!
we have decided a walmart trip on the first day would be better as we need net10 phones to call each other in case we split up, so just going to spend an hour spending a few hundred dollars, as i love walmart!!

Now that's the kind of grocery shopping I like doing. :)

Alyson, you could order toiletries if you need as well, if you don't plan to take any with you.

two way radios:rotfl:
we had toiletteries, sun block, water, snacks, beer/wine as well as washing powder, coffee and filters etc.
we spent about $300, its alot less hassle than buying on site
