garden grocer question

We will arriving at POFQ next week. Our flight doesn't arrive until 7:05 pm, so I'm sure we won't get to the resort via ME til 8:30 or 9. I would like to order from garden grocer, and I know that bell services will hold it, but what if we haven't checked in yet? Thought about getting it the next day, but we will be at the parks all day, and if I remember correctly, bell services closes at 10. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hmm - definitely sounds a bit tricky. It might be worth a phone call to Brian, the owner. His number is listed on the website, I believe. He is very friendly and personable, and would probably be the best source on this one. Just tell him your predicament and ask him what he thinks the best option is. We used them in February, and had some problems with the wine we ordered (they didn't have the brand we'd requested) and he called even after we landed at MCO to make sure we'd be happy with our alternative options. Coordinted with him so that our delivery guy arrived literally within 30 minutes of our arrival at the resort.

An answer to my own question! I called POFQ and they said bell services would hold my items, even if I had not checked in, because I was scheduled to check in. They also said someone is available 24 hours if my plane is delayed and I arrive later.
