Anyone use Garden Grocer?

What is cost for delivery?

Prices look reasonable and like the discount for preorder but Quick look on site and couldn't find it. Thanks

Hello, I have used Garden Grocer several times. I think delivery was free if the order is over $200. If it is less than $200, the fee is $14. Plus there is the option to tip the delivery person. If Garden Grocer delivers to bell services, then there is the expected tip for Disney bell services as well. It adds up quickly, but we like it for convenience. Hope this helps.

Excellent service. Always on time.
They leave everything with bell service, so make sure you call BS to advise them you're expecting groceries.

I'll second the PP; it can add up but they are really responsive (they called to verify the order almost immediately) and the convenience cannot be beat.

Feel free to order cold items. Bell services keeps cold items refrigerated.

Used them for the first time on my trip a few weeks ago.

VERY good experience.

LOVED sipping on an 88 cents PowerAde that would have cost me $3.49 in Sport Goofy(resort merch shop)!

We've used them and were happy, though their prices are very high. I was quite surprised when we checked in that bell services already had our order in our room and even the refrigerated items stacked away. We didn't end up eating breakfast or snacks in the rooms as much as we anticipated, so we only used it the one time. Last trip I just mailed ahead a box of snacks for my daughter, protein bars, and stuff like sunscreen which ended up working better for us

I’ve used them every trip and always been happy with the service. They communicate well and the order is well packed, heavy items double bagged and all. Perishable items were always fresh. So helpful not to have to pay $3 or use a snack credit on a bottle of water or juice, especially in the summer when you have to drink a lot. It was great to have the breakfast items for a quick meal before heading out or something I could pack while we waited for a park to open. My children always wanted at least one snack between dinner and bedtime too.

How far in advance do you usually notify bell services to expect a delivery? When you arrive at the resort, or earlier than that?

We've never told Bell Services we're expecting groceries and we've never had an issue. I've never heard that "tip" before this thread, honestly.

We've had groceries delivered for 6 trips and have never called Bell Services ahead of time. And they've never mentioned it to us either.

We use them regularly, big fans! We've likewise never given bell services a heads up that it would be coming, and have never had an issue.

We used them for our stay at FW cabins. It was not a good experience. Our groceries were delivered much earlier than the requested time and some of our groceries were delivered to another family!! When I called to inquire about the missing items--they were surprised when I told them that we still wanted those missing items. In the end--we finally rec'd those items (the next day) and had the delivery fee refunded. I'm hoping it was just a bad delivery person as we are giving them another try in two weeks at POFQ.

We had several items missing when we ordered at fw cabins too last week. It took several messages and an email until they completed the order the next day.

Used them many times most recently Easter week. Delivery charge was about $20 for $100 worth of groceries. Service was spot on. Groceries were in our room at All Star Music when we checked in! Garden grocer texted us when they delivered. They are great!
