fab - i'm not going for 2 years and having a look the prices don't look too bad either.

I read somewhere that if you get them to deliver to resort, the CM will take it to your room reading for when you check in.... would be interesting in knowing other peoples experiences, looks like it may be cheaper than buying snacks etc on site.

We've used them when we haven't had a car, really easy, you just give bell services a ring when you get to your room and they will bring it over.

We used GG at OKW last year. When we arrived at resort bell services took care of our bags while we went to check in. I told them that I had a GG order, and when we came out of HH our bags and our order were all waiting on the trolley ready for the bell services chap to take us and our bags over to our studio ( we were in building 14,so just across the road!) He took our bags and shopping upstairs for us as we were on the second floor. We tipped him accordingly of course

This sounds good for us. So when you re ordering what details do you need? Just your arrival date and hotel?

When registering it asks for your home address,i wasn't sure what to put as it had no option for uk, so I emailed them and they said to use resort address They were extremely helpful.You can sign up now if you want, it doesn't take long, ive had stuff in my basket for six months!

Just to add if you want to order alcohol then you will need to email them a copy of your driving licence or passport for ID after you have placed your order.

we've used them twice, 1st time we were staying in the cabins at Fort Wilderness and all our shopping was already in the cabin when we checked in. All chilled foods were put in the fridge and everything else was left on the counter for us. At the beach club we just had to tell bell services when we checked in that we had groceries and they delivered them straight away

Do you ask for a delivery time if you order chilled items?

Yes you choose a two hour delivery slot. We chose a slot that would mean the delivery would be at OKW before we were! Bell services will store your chilled items appropriately for you

We normally spend half our first day in wal mart sorting out cereals etc to have in our rooms in the morning
