Garden Grill with a vegetarian?

Any vegetarians eaten at Garden Grill? Or has anyone eaten there who had veggies in their group and if so what was there for you/them to eat? My bf is vegetarian, i'm not and would quite like to eat there but the menu looks a bit meat centric... I know there are vegetables served with it but anything else or will they do something on request? (I know all WDW restaurants say they will but last time we found some more accomodating than others so if anyone has specific GG experience that'd be great!) Thanks in advance

I have been there three or four times and each time they have made some type of risotto dish with whatever fresh veggie they have. Yummy!!
