Can kids get the Family Style Platter at the Garden Grill for 13.99? I just noticed that they have a separate kids menu w/ just chicken fingers and mac & cheese. I assume this is correct, but they didn't have another price listed for the kids menu. (I was looking on Allears.net, Deb's site)

Everyone at the table can eat any of the food-kids and adults. Our waitress told us we (adults) could have as much of the kids food as we wanted and vice versa.

Thanks!! DS is 8, but he is a good eater and will want more than just chicken fingers and mac & cheese.

Am i correct in my thinking that The Garden Grill NO LONGER has a character meal? I thought it was the best one ever but i thought i read it was no more.?
thanks

I think you may be thinking of Libery Tree in MK. They dropped the character dining in January :sad1:

yeah, i knew about Liberty Tree, but i thought the garden grill also. Hmmm...I liked liberty tree too..that's too bad. My daughter slept thru garden grill AND liberty tree characeter meal, so i was hoping she'd make it thru this year, but...

I could be wrong on this, but I think GG still has character dinners but no longer has the characters for lunch.

That's what we did when we ate there. My sister (16) ate all my brother's (8) macaroni-and-cheese, and he ended up really liking the catfish on the adult platter. We just sampled everything.

GG no longer SERVES lunch, so no characters regardless. GG is now a dinner character meal only.

Everyone can eat from both platters. Characters are still are dinner, but there is no more lunch.

I am so glad you can share the food!! Sounds like a good deal!

I have always wanted to do Garden Grill, but never have. I am really looking forward to it!!

Thanks for all the replies!:thumbsup2

It's still a character meal...for dinner. No more lunch. This is a GREAT place for character interaction too! They spend a lot of time hanging out and playing with the kids (and everyone else). The food is for everyone to enjoy...all you can eat. I eat from the kids food and they eat from mine....it's all good! :thumbsup2
