Is the menu at lunch the same as dinner now? I know that people used to be upset that the lunch didn't offer the salad, but now the menu on allears just has one menu for both meals. Does this mean salad is included on the lunch menu?

I had lunch there in May and we did not get salad with our meal. I had intended to ask if we could order it for an additional charge, but I forgot to. lol
