I have Le Cellier scheduled for lunch for my second Epcot day. I am thinking of canceling. :scared1: Yeah, I know... but I have 3 little ones, and I'm thinking that I should pick something else. DH won't be super into the menu and we never really do steakhouses at home anyway. When we go out to dinner, we typically do things like Mexican, Salvadoran, dim sum, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, Lebanese, and diner food. We have NEVER gone to a steakhouse.

So, that said, I'm thinking of doing Garden Grill for the characters (and because I'm canceling Crystal Palace breakfast because I have it scheduled for our first MK day and Ohana for dinner and I think it'll be too much) or Les Chefs de France because of Remy (assuming he's still there in March). We could try the new Mexican place, but I'm worried we'd be disappointed because we have AWESOME Mexican food at home.

My other reservations are Biergarten (must return for us), Ohana (new to us), Sanaa (must return for DH), Mama Melrose (new to us), and CRT (new to us). We want a sitdown meal every day and will pay for 1-2 meals OOP.

i love chef de frances (i think i posted this like 100 times in the past 2 days!!)
Remy was Great!!! he was there last week

just make sure you confirm his times and then book your lunch for 15-20 minutes before he starts. He started early when we were there and u never know if you are going to have to wait!

I was never a huge fan of LeCellier. I mean it was good and great value for the dining plan but I wasn't too impressed until last week when we ate there for dinner. It was the best filet I have ever tasted, just melted in your mouth so I say LeCellier but if you are looking for fun for the kids I would go with the Character dinner. At chef de France remmy is there but he somes to your table for just a few seconds and thats it. Its just a cute little surprise at most.

If it is a lunch you are planning, you should know that Garden Grill no longer offers lunch, only dinner.

Personally I would switch LeCellier to Chefs so that your kids can see Remy. We ate there last fall with a 6 year old and a 2 year old and they loved seeing Remy.

Thanks all. My reservation for Le Cellier is in March.

I think I'm going to cancel the Le Cellier lunch and do lunch at Chefs instead. I think it makes more sense - the food will be more appealing to DH and the kids and I'll probably be happy with the food either way. I'll probably do Garden Grill too.

Though I love Le Celier, DH and I do this when it's just us. The kids LOVED Les Chefs de France -- we've been there 4 times and are planning on it again next trip. They adored Remy, too! :)
