Garden Grill in Epcot - any good?

Hi Everyone! I was wondering if Garden Grill in Epcot is any good? I've never eaten there, and thought our 5 year old might enjoy it.

We really enjoy it, though I do miss the cheesey potatoes. The character interaction is one of the better ones, IMO and it feels less chaotic than say The Crystal Palace.

WE have eaten there and enjoyed it. We plan to eat there this thanksgiving.

We've eaten there our last two trips, in fact it was the 1 restaurant my entire family asked to eat at again.

Character interaction is fantastic. Food is good, served family style. Turkey & Steak were great, fish was okay, but we are not big fish eaters. The kids selection was very good, something other than pizza or chicken nuggets for a change.

Food was very good, in our opinion...a little different...fish, turkey, sweet potato fries, salad...all was delicious! The kids dessert is cute too.

We'd go again.

NOTE: The eatery revolves within The Land pavilion. Portions
of the spin include scenes from the boat ride. The food is plentiful,
with quality above average. The characters include Mickey, Pluto
and Chip-n-Dale. To dine with the characters it will suffice, but the
Quick Service area of Sunshine Seasons within The Land is a great
alternative if characters are not important.

My family and I really enjoyed our meal at Garden Grill. The food was good and plentiful. We enjoyed being able to see into Living with the Land and the character interaction was superb. We would definitely go back.

We really like the Garden Grill. You really don't see other peoples tables, so it seems like a "private" character greeting. The food is pretty good too.

We liked it. I thought the food was pretty good. It is much easier to have the food served than to manage kids at a buffet and characters. I am also a chip and dale fan. Interestingly, I asked for and was seated at one of the nice half round tables facing the scenery, which I liked. But my DD4 at the time didn't like the table because she was too close to the scenery, which scared her - go figure. So if I go back, it will be at one of the upper level tables. I thought it was a good character meal. Plus, if all works out for timing, you can get a fast pass for soarin earlier in the day and then ride after dinner.

we took DD when she was 5. She wanted a mickey meal and this was the only one available at a late date. When all was said and done she is STILL talking about it 3 years later and asked if we're going there again this summer. DH and I thought the food was pretty good. The charecters were great. I think since they were less croweded they had time to spend with the little ones. Chip (or was it Dale?) even sat down and "ate" DD mac and cheese. The highlight of all our meals that trip

I had a really good meal when I ate there and would eat there again in the future. Check out the menu and if it looks good to you go and enjoy.

We ate there last Thursday and all Thought the food was quite good. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes and I usually don'y really care formashed potatoes. Also the Turkey was really good. I have to say though that the maple butter was one of the bet thing I have ever had. The character came around at least twice during our meal.
