Garden Grill exception question

Hi all. Got almost all my ADR's today (180 out from 11/10) Only 1 hold-out...whenever I try to book Garden Grill for dinner on 11/17, I can only get as far as putting in my CC info. I agree to the terms and then it gives me a "Server Error." I called Disney Dining and the cast member had the same result and couldn't explain why.

We tried 2 other places same day:

Biergarten for lunch at 1pm was denied, but the Wave for breakfast the same day was ok? Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts on how long I should wait til I try again (I just tried about 30 min ago...)

On a side note...I used my Disney Rewards Visa to hold ADR's requiring such. My card expires 8/12, my trip is 11/12. I will (of course) get a new card and continue to rack-up rewards points into the foreseeable future.

Am I at risk of them canceling my ADR's, or will the new exp date update?

Thanks for any help!

Best,
Rachel

There have been regular reports (threads) that some restaurants and/or mealtimes haven't been loaded into the res system to account for the +10 days. Some are loaded in at 180 days from the specific date. Others don't show up until well into the 180 window. For example, I noticed that Fantasmic Dining Packages haven't all been loaded in for October, yet. You can call the dining line and sometimes the CMs have been able to access the reservations even though they're not yet online; other times they, too, still can't do anything.

As far as your cc, our experience has been that the info from the new card will be updated so you won't lose your reservations.

Thank you so much, I feel better now. :goodvibes
