Garden Grill & CP Package

I know the "package" is not suppose to include beverages but the the "regular" menu for this restaurant does include the beverages. Will we still be charged for beverages (Soda/Tea/Coffee?)

Last year we ate at the Garden Grill for the package and we were not charged for beverages.
