Hello! My seven year old daughter and I will be eating at Garden Grill next month. Do they seat parties of two on the lower level? I would prefer a booth over a table (and the booths are found on the lower level). Also, I understand that the lower level has a better view and is less cramped.

Is there a good chance, if I am willing to wait, that we may be able to receive a booth on the lower level, or will they automatically put us up top because it is just the two of us?

Thanks!

Love Garden Grill! :lovestruc

I've eaten there a total of 4 times... always with two people... and I've actually never been seated on the top level! So it shouldn't be an issue at all :)

Same as PP. We've gotten to sit on the lower level in the banquet booths (half booths) facing The Land ride. It's great!!! The food was much better this year than last year.

We've always asked to be seated on the bottom level, and have never been put elsewhere. As for 2 people though, I'm not sure. All the lower level are booths. I would think they would work with you though.
Good luck!

My son and I have eaten at GG many times, and we have always gotten to sit on the lower level. We've never had to request the lower level or wait a long time...that's just where they put us. Good luck and enjoy!! This is one of our favorite restaurants. :lovestruc

I take it the lower level is closer to the Land ride and technically has better views? DH and I are are going for the first time in Sept.

Can you request the lower level? I have always been seated there is well, in the 3 times I've been there, but I don't like the idea of the upper level.

1) Truly, it just depends upon how busy they are.
2) If not fully booked, no problem.
3) If booked, then you get a 2-top on the upper level.
4) This maximizes the capacity but allowing groups in the booths.

My youngest DD5 and I have a tradition of going to the Garden Grill every trip while DH and DD11 head to Mexico. We have been every year since DD5's first trip at 3 months and have always been seated on the upper level. :headache: I had never been seated on the upper level until I started going as a party of just 2.

We will be back in September and I plan on definitely requesting a lower level table this time. I know my DD would enjoy being able to actually tell that we are rotating. Plus, I just don't really enjoy being on the upper level...doesn't seem as fun to me. :wizard:
