I got a 2000 credit bonus on HM, and it said, "The ghosts are terrified of you!" Woot!

I don't like pirates now, however, because you can even lose credits by playing, and once you get the key it usually only opens an empty box. That stinks.

I thought if I played level 2 in pirates I'd get the plain or cannon wall, because I had enough level 3 turret walls, but then I opened the silver box and got another turret wall. Go figure.

A little thing that was mentioned before if you have an empty treasure they do put 100 credits in your bank but don't tell you. I forget who originally mentioned this but I have checked everytime since and have seen my credits increase when I open the empty treasure :)

wow, a 2k credit bonus? that is sweet, how many games did you play for that?
I only do about 20-25 games per week, usually on weekens lol

Idk, maybe that was about my 400th game. It is the easiest way to get credits.

Every 50 wins, you get that sweet 2000 bonus. It gives you bonuses every
5th or 10th win, 180 or 375 credits.

for people who are good at all of the games , pirates is the way to go

chart :

1st pirates
2nd Fireworks
3rd Mansion
4th Jungle Cruise
5th Music Game

Just curious... how do you figure this? Being good at all the games means 300-400 credits for a game of pirates, but 1300 credits for fireworks. I think fireworks should be #1.

But fireworks takes the time of several games of pirates. ;)

The Strange thing is i already play all these games in that order.

Dont you mean - TOPS 400 creidts for a game of pirates? I average 400 - 500 credits for each mansion game, plus the bonus credits of 180 or 375

so, for me, 10 games of mansion equals: 4000 credits, plus another 555 plus 320 for winning the other 8 gamesso, roughly 5k credits in about a half an hour - i would like to see you do that in pirates or fireworks

oh, and music game gives more credits than jungle cruise lol unless you get ahigh score - i only get one a day, at 10am on the nose

No offense or anything but i usually do average that.

maybe so, until you get a key and get no credits at all for that game

I don't know how you figure that! I wait forever to get a team together in pirates. mansion is usually faster because you only need one on each side. in pirates, I've taken 30 minutes and that includes switching lobbies to get away from the undesirables. mansion doesn't have as many mean players.

Having said all that, I prefer fireworks. I just hope all the big guns will go away now that halloween month is over! They made it impossible to me to get over 240,000. I would get bounced in the third level, which does no good at all!

I agree with alot Darra has said there. Fact is it depends on the person and thier skill level and preference, what is going on around can make a huge difference followed by their tollarance level for the down side to each game.

Lets face it, a full Fire works game that starts right away is 10 minutes of extreem concentration. If you can't make the cut for the final round it is a waste of time unless you are just trying to improve your game. If I do not have complete silence I can not play nore then 2-3 games of this. Lets not forget hitting the right window so you don't win and get less.

Another fact to face is Ned may be the only game where you have almost no possibility of mean players. If you speed wreck boats for 10 minutes I estimate 5 or 6 games at 20 credits so only about 600 credits an hour with nobody calling you names or saying anything ugly except Ned, and hey you did wreck a mess of his boats.

Music room you can get 25 credits every 20 minutes for playing and 25 credits every 2 hours for mixing a song. Thats 175 credits every 2 hours if you are dilligent. I have seen some ugly things in the music room though, hecklers, music rating people, lots of twin babys end up lost there and pickups (taken)

The old pitrates was faster but les credits. The new, I can do ok and the bonus and the keys can be ok. I rarely walk away from a game win or lose with less the 150 credits but it does happen. I believe you get credit when you get the keys even though it only says here is your key. I can play pirates while doing other things, it takes less effort and concentration for an ok game. The empty treasure is a big bummer even if you get credit. I find many more mean people at pirates then anywhere else in VMK. It can take forever to find a game unless you bring your own game, if I wait too long or get booted I will just play AI (oh I hate them) I know everyone thinks you lose credits with AI. It just isn't so. True you do not make much but you get keys a lot faster you get bonuses a lot faster and you don't stand and wait.

I have to stand firmly behind the mansion as the best source of credit for me and most. Player are usually polite at least. getting a game can take time, but usually not. I average 350 credits a game with 2 rounds of two on two plus bonuses. It takes more effort and concentration to win, but if you don't care about that they pay you well win or lose and bonus for playing on the same schedule every 50 loses is 750 bonus. You do have frequent crashes and some quits still. With DC gone most of the quits are because of poor movement.

If I am in a play mode, which I have not been I can earn 20K a day at any of the 3 major games or any combination of them. You just have to actually set your mind to it and actaully play the games not stand around scratching your heads. Lets face it selling everest cars is only going to take you so far and how fun is that?

Yeah, I have not given up on those pirates pirate: arg. But I sure do stink at it. lol The lag kills me. I am always playing on the top of the screen but my ship is actually at the bottom or side of the screen and vice versa. lol Most of the time, I get frustrated and/or broke and go do some music again. I find fireworks almost as bad as the pirates with lag time. I have tried it three times and all three times, I am clicking the shape from before. Ah! Does anyone know if Yavn has an idea for a fix for the lag? Or is that something that we will all just have to live with forever because of the intricasies (sp?) of the games? Heavens knows all the behind the scenes stuff that is going on to run the game.

Also a question about mansion. I tried to play it in a quest and never was able to enter the game. I figured that was because there were soooo many people trying to play. But I tried it again the other night and not too many people were on vmk at that time. I played the first level. It said I was entering the second level but the other player got throught the door first so had a head start, then it loaded me back to the lobby again. BTW the other player was still in the game. Any ideas? thanks

Ah, I forgot the boot to the lobby thing for non-movement. This happens to some occationaly others all the time. If it happens more then once try clearing your catche and cookies. If that does not help I could just be poor campatibillity with that game. I think it is the most intense game as far as stressing systems, although I have had pirates Crash my system completely before at work. I find it best to click out of the door into the room untill you move from the door. Also start hittng control immediatly that way it at least registers you are trying. Some peoples computers operate ahead of others in the game so the game may have started for them and you don't have the screen so the boot clock started early and you never make the level. (I know this sounds crazy but I have two computers and as family we sometimes play the same game and the game does start at different times. Not by much, but enough)

As far as not getting a game to open because the game is full. This usually happens on quest days.

Ah hmm there are tricks to the trade. :rotfl: Thanks, I think I will try that. Yes I do click into the room, usually getting the response of (non responding) :badpc: on my window title on top. I will try the cache and cookies thing. Thanks for the speedy reply. ;)
