Are you allowed to use these on a flight? It seems to be an issue with my children. Thanks for any info.

you just have to shut them off on takeoffs and landings they will make an announcment to please turn off any electronic devices. if you have little ones i wouldnt give them to them until you have taken off my ds is 3 and doesnt understand that he has to turn it off for a little while so now i dont let him have it until we are up in the air this way we arent having any tantrums on the plane.

Please figure out how to make the gameboy silent. Your fellow passengers don't want to list to beeps and stuff the entire flight.

Thanks

Also, you have to make sure that they work (i.e. the batteries aren't dead). They may make you turn them on at security. This goes for cameras too.

Great idea, but, what do you do when you have to shut it off at landing time. :)

my kids are usually done by that point and are more interested at looking out the window and seeing where we are. they are also anxious to get off the plane and more willing to pack everything up!

Thanks , we were planning on driving but with the cost of gas going up airfare isn't too out of line and I am thinking it will be worth the time saved.
