Gameboy games for DS

Hi I hope someone has some ideas for me.I would like to put a game in each of my DS8 and DS10's stockings but don't know what to buy.I don't want to ask because I have told them in the past that I would not buy any more games but lately I have noticed that they have been taking better care of what they have.The only games they have are Mario 3,a bass fishing game,Mariokart,baseball and pacman.Any suggestions?

MY DS11 is asking for the new Animal crossing. He has alot of fun playing the the old gamecube version.

I bought each of my kids a Nintendo Dogs. I have no idea what it is, but alot of people here on the DIS raved about it!

My son just bought these two Gamecube games with his birthday money:

Mario Super Smash Brothers Melee (on sale this week at Target for $25)
Mario Kart Double Dash (on sale at Walmart--I think for $30)

He was also looking at Defender and some other games at Gamestop.

I'm pretty sure you need to have Nintendo DS for Nintendogs, not a Gameboy.

My sons always loved the Pokeman games. There is a game called Dogz out that might be similar to Nintendogs. There are lots of games based on tv show and movies, so maybe they have a favorite? Also, I know Mario party is popular.

Thought the same thing.

My DS8 loves the games based on movies. Harry Potter, Nemo, Stitch. Also a big fan of skateboarding games.

My son likes the Tony Hawk skateboarding games. He also likes something called Metroid Fusion (I think it's kind of like the old Asteroids).

I just bought (after a lot of searching) a game for DS's Gameboy fSP or his stocking too. It actually is 3 games on one "cartridge". It is Risk, Clue, and Battleship. Those are his 3 favorite board games so it worked perfectly. They had others too-- Yahtzee, Payday, ect..
Also, DS really likes the Pokemon games.

My son has Yoshi Touch and Go and he loved it - but the 7-8 year olds that visit REALLY love it. It makes decent use of the touch feature.

Nintendogs is very good as well.

This is coming from a kid.Mario Party Advance this is great game.It has 50 mini-gaames to unlock.

For the DS
Mario Kart(Wi-Fi edition)
Animal Corssing Wild World(came out the 5)
Nitendogs(I have duschand edition the puppies look cuter)

I got confused too about the DS.

My 9 year old son has Nitendo DS and I got him for christmas the King Kong and the Super Mario.

My 4 year old son is playing with my son's old gameboy advance and he's playing the more toddler like games.


I may get another game or two for the boys and girl.

Dh and I have all the zelda games for our Gameboy advance.

DS7 wants these games for his Nintendo DS:

a Nintendogs
Animal Crossing (if they make it for Nintendo DS)
anything with SpongeBob
