Game Decision

I need someones help for me to decide between these 2 games
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind for the PC and Guild Wars. If someone could tell me if there is anything disturbing , spiders, or something that would make me run from my chair and yell oh crap . Thanks in advance.

Guild Wars is the better game by far and you don't encounter spiders until quite a ways into the game. There aren't that many quests with them, either.

So would it be possible to skip the parts with the spiders in Guild Wars. Oh and I meant worse as in creepier and uglier. ( I have arachnaphobia FYI )
