Galaxy's Edge and storing a robot....

Does anyone know if you build a robot at Galaxy's Edge earlier in the day, will the store hold it for you so you don't have to walk around with it all day? I know they interact with things in the Galaxy's Edge land, but I would imagine it would be a real pain to carry it the rest of the day through other attractions. i'd be afraid it would get damaged to. Thanks.

They won’t hold it for you but you could store it in a locker at the front of the park.
