there's no waiting or restrictions to get into SWGE, if you want to do Rise of The Resistance you need a boarding group (read the RotR BG thread) and Smugglers Run is standby, waits can be anywhere from 10 minutes to about 40 minutes

Also you will need a park reservation to Hollywood Studios for your chosen day.

We were there on Saturday and crowds weren't bad at all (relatively), but line to Smugglers Run was very long all day - 70+ minutes most of the time, so we decided not to try it. Get an advance dining reservation for Oga's if you want to do that as they had no walk-ups available. (We thought it was worth it even though the ambiance isn't the same with limited people inside.)

Honestly with the park reservation requirements, if you can nab a reservation, the park crowds pretty aren't that different from day to day. The hard part may be getting a reservation, but once you have one, they're artificially capped at 50% anyway. So crowds will be lower than usual, but the throughput on the rides will be terrible.
