I was on this trip in mid-March, and the food was very good. Breakfast was standard fare, including made-to-order eggs. Lunch and dinner were typically buffets. There was always fruit and 3-4 different salads. They usually had some Ecuadorian dishes along with American dishes, so you can be adventurous or "safe." One night, there was this amazing fish soup that many people went back for seconds. 3 nights, they had a set menu, and you chose your meal ahead of time. One night we had tacos with a really delicious pulled pork; and one lunch was burgers and hot dogs. We also had 2 nights where we had ice cream sundaes before dinner! Hey, it's vacation, right? How is the food on this trip, was it fresh? Do you have any pictures of the buffet? I recently went on a small ship cruise in Europe and the food was not that appealing, so I am wondering how the food is on this Legend boat.
