Are gaiters allowed at SeaWorld/Busch Gardens? My youngest got really jealous of her brother's new gaiter, so maybe it might be my solution of how to get a 2 yr old to wear a face covering to an amusement park. I know Disney won't allow it, but the SeaWorld website was pretty vague about face coverings.
