I'm finding it hard to believe how hungry I am! I am staying within my points each day(it was only 3 before today) I haven't used any flex points or my activity points for that day....but I feel like I just started "dieting" even though I've been doing this since the beginning of the year. I guess I wasn't as disciplined as I thought
I guess that is good! At least I am doing this the right way now and following a program instead of doing my own thing. Tera...I did pick up a bunch of WW meals(Bistro ones are good) and some of the desserts. I tried an eclair last night...yum..and that little guy hit the spot...just the right amount to take care of a sweet tooth.
I guess I will be dipping into some points tonight...we're having company and playing cards...so a few beers will be on the horizon. But I have the points and will try to watch the munching.
Since there are so many that visit here who are on WW...my question is...do you usually use your activity points that you earn each day(I know you can't save them like the flex...that they are gone after each day)but was wondering if you stay within your allotted points range and everynow and then use them or do you use them every day? Understand what I'm asking?
About 7 years ago, I was told I have hypothyroidism...and I took the medicine..it made me so sick to my stomach..but then again I was close to 300 lbs...so I stopped....then I decided to lose weight and did it...got down to about 170 and found a lump in my c-sect scar...ended up being endometriosis...but told the dr I wasn't taking my synthroid because it used to make me sick...so we started again...because we figured the weight was probably the reason it upset my stomach. So...last year about this time of the year..I stopped taking it again...for no reason this time...it didn't upset my stomach...just got bummed because I was gaining weight...going through some emotional things and just stopped. Well...we were talking at Curves the other day and one of the ladies was telling me about her daughter and her problems with her thyroid...and I guess I figured it would be best for me to go back on it...I really didn't realize all the effects of the thyroid...so I have a dr. appt for Monday.
Oh yeah..today is weigh day...I'm down .5...that's not too bad...even though I've done good all week with food..but then again...maybe it's the thyroid...hey...I'm going to blame it on something.
Tasha..Amanda has put back on some of the weight...but she has gotten taller...her jeans from last year are still a little loose in the waist...she still needs to get her butt in gear...she doesn't ever gorge herself anymore and tries to make better choices for a kid. So, I'm still proud of her. She chooses skim milk over 2%(I still can't get the boys or my DH to drink skim) and takes a good lunch to school...she always drinks water...but she's a kid...so in moderation I guess. Thanks for asking.
