Gah! Where are my DMR points?!?!?!

Signed in today to signed up for the movie club and all my points are gone! Plus the website treated me like it was the first time I've signed in. This probably has to do with the new website roll-out. Anyone else encounter this? I've already emailed them and hope they will recover my points!

Also can't seem to sign into DisneyStore.com even though I can sign into everything else just fine.

My points are there. Also, not sure what you mean by new website as it still looks the same to me that it did well before Xmas.

I went and checked mine after reading your post. The site looks the same and all my points and other info are there.

Try using a different browser?

If it's been months and months since you logged in, that can happen. An email should have them restored, but it's a good PSA to log in a few times a year.

My site matches the new WDW stuff with the more bubbly look to the log in page, etc. (there's no other way I can describe it) So I know what you're talking about with the new site.

I log in at least once a month to enter sweepstakes and claim the bonus points, so that's not it. And it welcomed me like it was the very first time I've used the site.

I meant the new main My Disney Experience website, because when I logged into that I got a funny message there as well welcoming me as if it was the first time I've ever logged on. I think they did something with my log on during the upgrade so it's messed up across the board.

Ok, phew! got my points back. Apparently at some point they asked me to create a username (that I never use!) and the points became linked with that, even though that also has the same email address that I've been using to sign on all this time.
