Okay, so I had my interview yesterday. Of course, they asked me if I would be willing to do QSFB even though I had not checked it off on my role checklist. And, even though I had decided I did not want to do it, my emotions kind of took over, and I told the recruiter, that, yes, if that was my only option to get into the program, then I would do it.
Well, today I'm having regrets.
I think I'm going to call my support recruiter, and ask if I can change my answer to a firm no, because I'm afraid that my "maybe" answer was recorded as a "yes".
Veterans, what do you think? I know it's important to be honest with them, but should I now just hope and pray that I don't get QSFB? I really want to do the program, but I don't want to miss my chance to do something I really want to do, like attractions, just because I'm afraid to say no to one role.
Also, is my support recruiter the right person to contact for this?
Thanks for all of your help and support, guys!
