GAD Blackout Dates?

When are the GAD Blackout Dates for WDW? Going over the Thanksgiving holiday. Want to be able to use my voucher. I know I saw it some where a few weeks ago.

March 29-April 8 and July 4. Vouchers must be redeemed by December 15. You are good to go for Thanksgiving.

That's what I thought. Will be in Orlando on Saturday but doing Universal Parks. Just wanted to make sure. Didn't want to leave the voucher at home if I needed it. Thanks!!!
